Keep Yourself Checked!!!
Keeping yourself checked is all about focus. Every time you stray you need to act like someone just slapped you in the face. Keep your mind where it should be - on the here and now. Reaching a goal is a lot like walking if you focus on your feet for too long you might miss your destination.
Earlier today I led my Boot Camp clients through another grueling but successful workout. They wear calorie counters to gauge their effort during the session. On most days we get about 500 calories burned...today was not like most days. It was a bit cooler outside but we still got it done!!!! At the end of the workout we broke our record and burned 630 calories!!! My clients did an awesome job of checking themselves. They could have complained about soreness from workouts long gone but they did what successful people do...they checked themselves!!!
Give 100% - 100% of the time. No excuses.

The Work
It's not an easy road that few travel. The Work is a state of mind. A new way to approaching anything you do. It means going to work when you're sick, it means doing five more push ups after you know you're completely wiped out, it means realizing that love is the HARDEST WORK there is to be completed. After all that we as a society and culture have overcome, now is not the time to sit back and relax - and its NEVER the time to finger point and complain. Try this workout to remind you that The Work is going to take everything you have to get through it but on the other side is a bright, beautiful victorious day.
